This five-bedroom building sits separately to the north of Ned’s Landing apartments. The Barn at Spry Point has five private bedrooms with shared bathrooms, living, and dining space in a Hostel/Cottage setting with the ocean 100+ feet away. This is ideal for an extended family as a cottage or for individuals.

 

Welcome to The Barn

Located separately to the north from Ned’s Landing apartments, The Barn is a 2240 sq ft Hostel/Cottage with five bedrooms, two- and one-half shared bathrooms, spacious living and dining space with a Garland six burner double oven in a very well-equipped kitchen.

Bedrooms in the Barn on a single night basis with shared bathroom, kitchen, living and dining. Two-star accommodation Hostel/Cottage. Daily Rates and Weekly Rates available.

Sally’s Beach Provincial Park is a five-minute walk from The Barn along the east side of Spry Point. One queen bedroom, one double bedroom, two bedrooms with two single beds and one bedroom with a three-quarter bed and single trundle bed.

Our Rooms

All bedrooms have their own mini fridge/freezer. BBQ is located just outside for everyone’s convenience.

Barn 1: Queen Bed with wardrobe/closet and a couple of chairs in a corner room with four windows

Barn 2: Two Single Beds with wardrobe/closet in a corner room with four windows

Barn 3: Double Bed with a single trundle futon bed, wardrobe/closet with two windows

Barn 4: Three quarter bed and single trundle with sliding glass door opening to a balcony with water view and AC

Barn 5: Two single beds with wardrobe/closet and a balcony with water view and AC

A Place to Relax

David Wilmer is the Innkeeper of The Barn at Spry Point, having run The Inn at Bay Fortune for 26 years and The Inn at Spry Point for 22 years. After selling The Inn at Bay Fortune in 2015 David completely renovated The Inn at Spry Point from a fifteen-bedroom Inn into seven two-bedroom condominiums and most recently David has taken a building that was previously used for staff accommodations and has completed a series of upgrades creating a Hostel/Cottage with five bedrooms and two- and one-half shared bathrooms.

The kitchen at The Barn at Spry Point has a Garland six burner double oven and a BBQ just outside. Bring your own food to cook dinner and breakfast, or bring in takeout The Barn is well equipped and is ideal for people doing the Island Walk, cycling, touring Points East Coastal Drive, looking for an inexpensive option for accommodations, or going to or coming from Isle de la Madeleine.

  • We are a small property, and if you need to cancel, please provide us with as much notice as possible so that we can try to re-book. If you cancel with more than seven days' notice, we will refund your deposit in full. If you cancel within seven days of arrival, we will attempt to re-book your space, and if we can, we will refund your deposit in full. If we are unable to re-book, your deposit will be forfeited.

  • Fixed roof tourism establishments on Prince Edward Island are required to implement the measures noted below to protect the health and safety of employees and guests.
